Our graduate programs do not fully prepare us for becoming business owners. I believe that as a private practice therapist we are both equal parts therapists as well as entrepreneurs and it is my passion to help therapists start and grow their businesses so that they can continue doing what they enjoy and with the clients that they love working with.

Having had most of my prior work experience in community mental health, it was a scary jump to start my private practice in 2021 and I went through a lot of trial and error figuring it out on my own. I know personally what the anxiety can feel like and I want to make it easier for others to create a sustainable practice.

What I can help with:

  • Starting your own private practice and provision of a checklist of all of the steps that you need.

  • Working through money mindset, imposter syndrome, other common blockages preventing you to grow your practice and try new things.

  • Brainstorming what a sustainable practice would look like for you financially, in terms of work/life balance, scheduling and caseload, as well as what types of work excites you the most.

“Mentorship is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.”
