i’m a licensed therapist serving oregon and washington and i specialize working with anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence.

i know what it’s like to feel stuck in your head, disconnected, and overwhelmed- and how life changing it can be to finally feel more grounded and in tune with yourself.

with nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field- my aim is to help you experience more intention, groundedness, and authenticity in your life.
