Welcome! I’m Catherine.

I am an empath, dog mom, and an avid Portland Trailblazers fan. I also have lived experiences with neurodivergence, anxiety, and a brain that has historically loved going down “analysis paralysis” lane. Though considered high achieving most of my life, I often felt disconnected from myself and in my relationships. Finding a therapist that helped me slow down and be more in tune with my body and emotions was life changing for me and it brings me so much joy to offer this to others.

With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field- my aim is to help you experience more intention, groundedness, and authenticity in your life.

In this day and age it can be so easy to forget to hit the pause button and instead get swallowed up in our many responsibilities and stressors, living on auto pilot as our mental health gets placed on the back burner.

  • learn to be more confident and develop healthy boundaries to strengthen their relationships
