Online Therapy for Burnout
burnout
do you often feel like you’re drowning in your responsibilities?
do you feel exhausted and unable to engage in activities that typically bring you joy?
are you experiencing deep fatigue even though
do you not feel like yourself and find yourself lashing out towards yourself and others?
I work with those that are experiencing burnout by helping clients get proactive about engaging in activities that are grounding to their nervous systems and by taking an honest look at one’s responsibilities and what changes can be made. I have experience working with parents, adult children of aging parents, tech workers, healthcare workers, fellow therapists, students, and self-identified people-pleasers.
adult children of immigrants
are memories of your childhood and the ways in which your emotional needs may have not been met causing feelings of pain?
are you feeling weighed down by the extra responsibilities of helping your immigrant parents?
do you often find that conversations with your parents lead to misunderstandings from both sides?
are you burdened by juggling the expectations of multiple cultures?
I work with adult children of immigrants in working through their emotions relating to their relationship with their parents. As a child of immigrants myself, I understand the difficulties that may come with this experience. I work with adult children in processing their upbringing, reaching more peace and acceptance, and identifying how to navigate their familial relationships moving forward.
