Online Therapy for Neurodivergence

neurodivergence

  • is it continually exhausting to keep up with the daily demands of life and you’re finding yourself in a perpetual cycle of hyperfixation→ burnout?

  • are you trying to grasp and understand for yourself what it means to have a late-diagnose of ADHD/Autism/AuDHD?

  • do you feel misunderstood in your experiences of neurodivergence?

  • Are you wanting to figure out what it could look like to unmask?

I work with many neurodivergent clients in my practice. Being late-diagnosed neurodivergent myself, I have personal experience sitting in all of the emotions that a late diagnosis can bring - grief and curiosity of what things could have been like with an earlier diagnosis, confusion about what it means, as well as the validation of having known things were harder but not being able to name why.

Together we will find ways to work together with your brain, and not against it.
