In this day and age it can be easy to forget to hit the pause button and instead get swallowed up in our many responsibilities and stressors, living on auto pilot as our mental health gets placed on the back burner.

Over time we might realize that we are feeling lost, tired, confused, disconnected from ourselves and others. This may even manifest in experiences of anxiety, depression, or somatization.

  • individual counseling

    1:1 virtual therapy all from the comfort and convenience of your home!

    I commonly work with issues relating to anxiety/trauma, children of immigrants, stress, identity development, relational issues all from a strengths-based, neurodivergent friendly, attachment-based lens.

    We’ll laugh, we’ll cry, we’ll explore more of who you are and what kind of life is aligned to the person you are today, all within the safe confines of a confidential relationship.

  • EMDR

    In addition to talk therapy, I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which can be done virtually as well.

    EMDR is a research-backed modality that is widely used to help heal trauma and to help reprocess our memories to feel more relief in the present. It can also help us rewire deeply rootly negative beliefs about ourselves and replace them with more adaptive beliefs. I offer this as weekly sessions and also in the form of EMDR intensives for those who are wanting to deep dive.
